Talks with Energy in the Azores

As part of a European project REScoop PLUS, Coopérnico intends to give special attention to the issue of energy efficiency and the correct use of the energy produced. As such, we invite all members and non-members (still!) to participate in an informative meeting on January 16th at 5:00 pm at the Fajã de Baixo People's House in Ponta Delgada where various topics related to this theme will be discussed.
The meeting also aims to promote the debate on energy efficiency measures available for our homes. The topics covered will be:
- Tariffs, tools available;
- How to choose the most efficient lamps and equipment;
- Heating and cooling, the major consumer;
- How to monitor the consumption of your home;
- ID Energia as a tool for consumption management.
The meeting will take place at the House of the People of Fajã de Baixo located at Rua Direita nº37, Fajã De Baixo, 9500-448 Ponta Delgada.

Coopérnico is a cooperative of renewable energy, which creates a community of citizens and companies willing to contribute to a new energy, social and business model. In addition to research applied to regional specificities, the Regional Civil Engineering Laboratory (LREC) has the general attributions of technical support for civil engineering works and control of the quality of construction materials. technical cooperation, training of technical staff at various levels, promotion of colloquiums, conferences, symposia and traineeships and, finally, scientific and technical information and dissemination in the field of civil engineering.
