Within the scope of the Environmental Fund and PRR, the 2nd Phase of the 2021 + Sustainable Buildings Support Program is in progress until November 30, with a budget of €30M, where it is possible to obtain a contribution of up to 85% for the implementation of a set of improvement measures – maximum contribution amounts of €7,500, per single-family building or autonomous fraction, and €15,000 in the particular case of a multi-family building (building) in total ownership.

In this context, it is also possible to obtain reimbursement from the energy certification service, with a reimbursement rate of 85% up to a maximum limit of €200, provided that the certificate is used when applying for one of the identified types of measures. For this contribution, the ADENE Qualified Expert will have to be responsible for the technical follow-up, issuance of the certificate and instruction of the application to the Environmental Fund.

The technical monitoring and energy certification allows the selection of priority measures with the best cost-benefit, and with the greatest impact for an improvement in comfort in the home and/or a reduction in energy consumption.
