Coopérnico's 10th project is a partnership that we are very proud of. Our partner is Cerciespinho, Cooperative of Education and Rehabilitation of the Inadvertent Citizen, constituted in 1976 by a group of citizens of the Municipality of Espinho, worried about the lack of answers directed to the population with mental deficiency.

With this partnership Coopérnico advances with another 100% renewable energy production project, with the direct investment of citizens and a positive return to society. The project will be implemented at Idanha's center, which includes 2 buildings where four services are provided to more than 200 people with disabilities: professional training, occupational activities and residential services (home and residence).

This photovoltaic power plant will produce 186 400 kWh per year, equivalent to the consumption of 71 families.
This is the first project in the county of Espinho and the largest Coopérnico´s investment so far.
