The Lar de S. Silvestre, in the municipality of Castelo Branco, Parish of Escalos de Baixo, is Coopérnico's partner in our 11th solar power plant. This Home has a residential structure of excellence, equipped to receive elderly people with the most varied needs. The philosophy is always the provision of daily health care, in order to guarantee and stimulate the autonomy, dignity, identity, right to privacy and the right to citizenship of each elderly person, promoting an active aging.

This is the first Coopérnico plant in the district of Castelo Branco and the second largest of our portfolio so far. This plant will produce electricity equivalent to the consumption of 53 families and avoid the emission of 88 tons of CO2 per year.
