Coopérnico will have its first investment in photovoltaic production in Marco de Canaveses, in partnership with Santa Casa da Misericórdia of Marco de Canaveses. The Santa Casa da Misericórdia of Marco de Canaveses has the mission of offering health, social support and social responsibility services, as a way of showing the Institution's contribution to the community.
Coopérnico reviews and supports SCMMC in its objective of pursuing the vision of the future that bets on citizenship and on responses aimed at social and territorial cohesion. With this investment made exclusively by our collaborators, Coopérnico will install a photovoltaic system for self-consumption (UPAC) at Hospital Santa Isabel, managed by this institution.
The renewable energy produced by this photovoltaic installation is equivalent to the annual consumption of 62 families and will avoid the emission of 104 tons of CO2/year. This partnership will also allow for a reduction in the electricity bill for the Marco de Canaveses SCM.
This project opens for investment on 6/28/2021, at 10am.
